You don't really think of Pipeline as being a precarious trail... but if you went off the edge you could take a really good tumble!

There are some very iffy spots, particularly those with no trees to break your fall. It was not well packed between Church Fork and Rattlesnake Gulch, ours were the only footprints since the last snowfall, and we were slipping and sliding pretty good.
