i have a BL yoga dvd. i agree it's a pretty good core routine. but it's also realaaaxxxing.

Bob has a calming demeanor. It's pretty sad how inflexible I am. I can't even sit down with my legs out and reach forward. I have to prop myself up with my hands behind me. It's still a pretty good stretch.

I get my core, stretching and stability from picking up after kids! Lol! Sorry.. I had to throw that in.
