| I decided to run with Fritz and Kotter up emigration from the Zoo. I held up pretty well on the uphill, letting them go in the last 2. Caught up after the Klassik Kotter break and ran back down the canyon. Six miles down the canyon was enough for my hip so I stopped at Ruth's and Fritz returned for me. 7:06 pace for the run. Lovely cold morning and I've missed Jon.

| It was supposed to be 55 when I went to run at about 4 pm. I did an emigration out and back and the sun had gone down so it was colder. I didn't feel awesome but it was ok. 57 minutes or so
