Sugarhouse out and back from work. Far point was 1500 E and 2100 S before cutting back into the neighborhood. Felt really good today. Usually when I do this run, I struggle coming back up the hill in the second half but I felt strong throughout. That chilly air is such a blessing. 56:41 with 700 ft up.

I have a very upset coworker because I told him about the fox song and his kids won't stop watching/singing it. Apparently they all want to be foxes for Halloween.

haha. Now tell your coworker to look up them singing it live on Jimmy Fallon. Then he or she can look up the interview with the Today Show where they jokingly explain the meaning of the Fox's different sounds. You can thank me for the next unproductive 10 minutes of your workday!
