Snyderville Basin Loop with Fritz and Jake. Very nice loop with a lot of dirt. I slowed down a bit over the last 3-4 and wasn't feeling awesome. 6:55 average for the whole thing.

20 @ sub 7 pace is a solid run up there. It's good that you are knocking out these long runs now that you have your summer marathon behind you :-)

God I'm such a pansy. I am absolutely dead after running my long run in the heat tonight, so I'm not running again for at least 24 hours. I'll run again with you guys at some point. I swear. At least I'm getting in the miles now! (3 weeks in a row above 70 is a start!)
