Plan this week was to go easy. I left work with my crocs and they had different ideas. They wanted to move. After a 6:19 warm up mile down the hill (I usually do this in 7:15-8:00) I hurried up emigration against a decent headwind in 7:03 miles. I turned around and with the tailwind I did 5:39, 5:29, 5:22. 51:42 with 750 up. HR checks were mid to high 150s so I'm counting a few marathon pace miles. I have been feeling so good lately.
