Lunch

30 minutes on the stairmaster with 2.5 pound weights in each arm for the first 25 minutes. I got breathing pretty good but I truly hate cross so 30 was all I could muster. Also my left calf was uncomfortably tight so I didn't want to mess with that. Good times indeed.

The 2.5lb hand weights make me think you wore early 90s style fluorescent sweatbands for this workout.

I am having a hard time picturing you with hand weights. My mom has some ankle weights from the 90's that I am sure you could borrow if you want.

I need upper body strength James. I think that is plainly clear. If my doc wants me doing eliptical to keep my upper body engaged, I will do this as a proxy any day. I really miss running.
