I think yesterday's shakeout helped a lot. My legs felt great this morning. I did another trail run at lunch. This was my classic Round Red Butte and though I am in recovery it has never felt easier. All the hills and taking my iphone ensure that I don't go too fast up or down. I could feel some tightness in my right quad, hamstring, calf on the downhill so I am by no means close to 100% 40:00 total with almost 900 ft up.
