Easy miles in Bear Lake from cabin up Hodge's canyon in back. 7:26 average 44:51 total. A few accelerations. I have some psoas pain on both sides.

Race tomorrow!

Have a great race and take care of that psoas (I still have no idea what those are).

Thanks Fritz. Count yourself lucky for not knowing the psoas well. That probably means you haven't dealt with it. I believe it's one of the few things you can be over general on. Most pain from the inner hip down the inner thigh is psoas. Not usually enough to keep you from running - just sore.

Josh, great workouts and mileage lately. Be really careful on the iliac psoas muscles. This has been the major cause of all my injuries including this exact moment. Not to mess around with this one. Hope you tear it up tomorrow. Make it Happen...

Have fun tomorrow and go get a good time. Looks like a tough course, but fun.
