Another 20 miler on legacy parkway with Fritz. We tried to recruit some folks and it was not in vain as Zak showed up to run with us. Beautiful morning. We averaged around 6:30 on the way out with 6:17 for miles 5-10. At the turnaround we split up and did some marathon pace tempo. I did 3 in 6:02 average and then slowed down to 6:55 pace. Fritz and Zak found me a bit before 18.5 and we finished together.Last two were 6:38 and 6:30. 2:11:08 total for me for a 6:33 average. I was a bit sluggish today but I can feel underlying strength and a progression in fitness. No more long runs in the Fast Witches. My feet were tired by the end of the run.

Another solid run even on sluggish legs. Nice work. My 10% prediction was a little off but I am glad Zak showed up.

Very nice run Josh.

I would have been there had I not had my long hike/run planned for the last couple months. Solid run for sure! What are your longer run plans for this coming weekend?

James - Looks like you had a nice time on Saturday. I am running the Saltair Half this Saturday.
