AM

Finally a run on the JRP with James and Adam. I was pretty hung over after a night of fathers day epics. 7 at 7:40 pace felt just fine. I was the one dragging this morning. I wanted to yak perhaps six times. I did after I got home.

Lunch

10 at 8:08 pace. I even did 6x1/2 mile in 2:45, 2:41, 2:43, 2:39, 2:48 and 2:39 over on Wasatch - effort was 10kish which should be low to mid 5:20s for me. Generally even effort but the slight hilliness accounts for the changes. Legs felt snappy for the first time in a while which I suppose was to be expected. Overall an easy workout - should've done 8 reps. I otherwise felt like going very slow and did all this with Adam H. Had heart burn maybe 12 times during the run. bleh

Wasatch is probably my favorite place to do longer tempos or repeats. Very impressive second run, you wasted no time jumping right back into it.

Spiral Jetty, Hopulent then Brainless on Cherries. I call it a progression. I wouldn't get the cherries for myself because it is too costly and has cherries in it. I like the ordinary brainless but my wife didn't remember it right and she was surprising me. Hoping to be on he wagon for a little while after that silliness.

A double, with intervals, while hungover. What matter of man are you that can pull off such deeds?! Nice going.

A really good one requires two runs. If that doesn't help, well, you know what to do.
