6 Easy with James on the JRP/legacy parkway. Waking up at 5:20 was quite a shock but a perfect morning to run with temps in the low 40s. Threw in a few strides.

Lunch

Had to stay close so a treadmill run. Warmed up two and did four at "5:42" (+15-20 seconds/mile). Cooled down one. Probably close to MP but I'm not counting it! My assistant got to see me shirtless so maybe that stays on despite the poor ventilation. About 45 mts total.

I got stuck in the elevator today because I changed in the restroom on the 5th floor. I think my colleagues understand the short shorts but not sure what they think about shaved legs.
