5 easy. Went to the U track at 11 and ran four straightaways. Then 2x400 in 81 and 75 seconds. 40:07 total for the run.

Legs are feeling good. They got a lot worse yesterday and were sore and achy at the Flaming Lips concert and walking around downtown. I was kind of afraid I wouldn't run well, but they perked up substantially this morning.

The lighting and visual effects were spectacular but I didn't care for the set list. And Wayne seemed like he was just going through the motions.

They should've played She Don't Use Jelly - which I am guessing was your favorite song back when you were 7ish.

Have you had a pedicure with mangled toe nails. Are they worth anything?

actually, anything from yoshimi battles the pink robots takes me straight back to 9th grade.

as for pedicures -- i'll admit i've had a few and they are pretty amazing. hot towel wraps and foot/leg massages in addition to cleaning up the mangled feet. just what one needs after a marathon. idea -- special pedicure shops for marathon runners. they could call it a maracure. obviously it would require the more intense foot tools.

That's the album I first fell in love with, but my memories are walking to class and studying at the U.

Re toes - I think that is a solid business plan. Before this morning, I had two purple toenails and two recovering mangled ones. I injured another one today. I can just imagine them grabbing my foot and then looking at me in horror and saying - you go now!
