Feeling a bit banged up today so though I needed to get 12 in, I did them very easy. 8:09 pace and ran about 5 on the Liberty Park wood chips. 1:37:50 with 400 ft of climb.
35 minutes of yoga with wife.

12 mile "recovery" run after striders 10 miler? Huh. I'd be sitting around watching recovery television and eating recovery ice cream.

Probably not the best idea, but I've been running long or longish runs on Sundays following races. I don't get a lot of mileage in M-F so I try to get two runs of 90+ and 120+ every weekend other than race weekend.
I probably should've done a real recovery run yesterday, but feeling better now.
