Lunch

8.5 Wasatch out (into the wind) and back (with the wind!). Chilly. No workout today. In addition to the weather, my stomach was unhappy with all I ate this morning including two eggs not 30 minutes before running.

PM

4.5 on the treadmill right after work. February 19 was my last treadmill run other than at physical therapy :)

Eggs from what animal?

The only one I eat with any regularity - chickens - hopefully...

probably ostrich

That would explain why they were trying to kick their way out of my side.

Any concerns with egg consumption/timing? I recall that you are a high cholesterol guy and I am a below range guy so that's not a concern. I also hear that eating eggs doesn't raise your cholesterol. And the white stuff is pure gold. So that exhausts my knowledge of all things chicken egg.

I'm eating a lot of eggs. I have a family history of high cholesterol but my HDL level is actually ridiculously high, so overall I'm pretty good in that area.

We're signing up for a dozen local, cage free eggs per week. We usually do at least that many hard boiled eggs every weekend b/c they make a good source of protein to add into breakfasts.
