| Fritz came by and picked me up at my place. We ran around Sugar House park and along 15th. Then a little jaunt in my hood. I didn't have a phone or watch but according to Fritz's Strava it was about 6.2 in about 47:30 for about a 7:40 pace. I was huffing a bit on the uphill, but I feel marginally stronger now with a little momentum.

| 6:05 am run from Fritz's house. I tried to dress for cold weather but apparently forgot how with spandex keeping my legs cold. Was supposed to be 18 according to the night before but was more like 25. Felt sluggish on the way up but better on the way back. Fritz let me talk about NBA stats, which always gets my spirtis up. 7:44 pace
