Half mile easy, 2 at 11:55, half easy. Felt ok but warm. Will need to stay hydrated today and tomorrow during the race with the forecast in the low 70s throughout.

They should start this race at noon like vintage Boston.

Good luck tomorrow Josh.
It would be gnarly to have a noon start Jake. When I ran the 13.1 of the Boise Half Ironman, I started at 3pm and it was 98 degrees. Needless to say, I did not feel well.

at least we don't have to take prerace warmups. Just put a gallon of water next to your desk and finish it before you leave work.

It's already so clear, I could probably just go in a cup and drink it up again and save a trip to the drinking fountain.
