| No kids, so I ran with my wife above my office. She had never been on the BST trails. It was cold, windy and slighlty rainy and that is a combination for complaints with her. She was complaining pretty good at 1.75 miles but after we turned around and she saw HCI, she reminded herself how wonderful it is to be healthy and running. That flip of a switch made for an enjoyable final stretch where we tacked on red butte canyon and some other high trails. Lovely run overall even if the pace was 12:30s.

| At lunch, I ran down to the U track from my office and did ten laps on the outside of the outside lane. The girls team was accumulating and I was feeling like I should go but I stuck it out and no one complained. Beautiful sunny high 40s. 7:56 pace overall

| Wow. Three runs in four days. Things are finally starting to work out for me and my family. 9:06 pace at lunch on BST with Adam not too wet trails gorgeous weather.

| At lunch, I ran north along the BST up Red Butte Canyon. I then decided to explore a trail going up the mountain which resulted in me walking for a bit. The I decided I'd better cut back and I took one of those steep face of the hill trails down where when people see you on it, they are like, "What the hell is that guy doing?" So yeah, I felt stupid. That and my legs were super gassed with the climing and then the super steep descent. Stats after I get home but it took me a good 72 minutes total.
Required day off tomorrow.

| I ran from my house to Red Butte Canyon to do the skyline trail with the family. It was a net 650 ft up and my 8:24 pace was 7:40 according to Strava - 57 minutes total. Beautiful morning.

| I ran to Liberty in the 5pm hour from home. My wife ran around a few times while I played with the boys. I intended to run back home but we ate Tasty Thai instead. It was tasty. 7:27 pace I think
