Treadmill "fartlek" where I put it on variable incline and went between 0 and 3.5. For the run, 3 miles warm, 12x30 seconds at 6:00-5:42 (10.0-10.5-10.0). 30 seconds of recovery. 56:36 total time.
Its pretty tough with the inclines, so I felt pretty good but not altogether strong finishing. Hip/groin still there but I think its improving. |
